AxleGate helps drivers understand lawful, publicly observable delivery routes. It does not replace site signs, staff instructions or the law.
Information you may share
- Truck entrances visible from public roads
- Driver check-in offices and intercoms
- Authorized truck routes, stopping areas and parking
- Dock locations and general access cautions
- Safety hazards such as tight turns or low structures
Information you must never share
- Access codes, keys or methods of bypassing authentication
- Guard schedules or patrol patterns
- Camera locations, blind spots or alarm systems
- Employee names, contact details or vehicle information
- Shipment, inventory, bill-of-lading or internal-system data
- Private documents or photos from no-photography areas
Principles for drivers and reviewers
Record observable facts and clearly distinguish uncertainty. Publication may be paused when a facility request or report is received. Security reports take priority over routine accuracy reports.
